This bulk validator performs client-side syntax validation on your entire list at once. For each address, it checks: RFC 5321/5322 compliance, domain formatting, common domain typos (like gmial.com → gmail.com), disposable email domains, role-based addresses (info@, support@), and duplicate detection.
Addresses are classified into three categories: Valid (passes all syntax checks), Invalid (fails one or more syntax rules), and Risky (valid syntax but flagged for disposable domains, role-based addresses, or suspected typos).
The List Quality Score estimates the health of your list based on the percentage of valid vs. invalid and risky addresses. A score above 85% indicates a clean list safe for sending. Below 70%, the list needs significant cleaning before use.
